new icon ahoy!

I just went through and deleted some icons. Ones I liked but I found I never used... that sort of thing. I keep a folder of icons I like that I might one day use so I uploaded a few more. Say hello to one of the few Twilight icons I found that I like. When I pick an icon from a movie or tv show it's usually because of the scene that it's in and since I haven't seen the movie yet it's hard for me to find an icon for it. Like my default right now is when Calcifer is moving the castle and he's all happy 'cause Sophie tells him he's a first class fire demon and she likes his spark. Back to issue at hand- this movie needs to come out so I can get some icons that make me happy, not just ones I'm sorta ok with. I'm really picky about my icons. I'm kinda a loser like that. Yeah, I know this information is vitally important to all of you living your days.

I was a bad vegan today. I had chocolate. I felt horrible. There is no other way to describe it. I immediately felt guilty and sick. At least I didn't throw up this time, that's what happened when I accidentally had chicken broth. I'm never doing that again.

I watched Hannibal Rising last night and I have to say this- if you loved the books and the movies as much as I did for the Hannibal series please don't watch this movie. The acting- bad. The progression of the "plot"- bad. The chemistry of the pseudo relationship- bad. I understand that people that are evil usually have a history behind their actions but the "bad guys" were, for lack of a better term, lame. Or maybe it was just the cast sucked. I've been hearing such hype about Gaspard Ulliel that I really wanted to see this and I was not impressed. While I am not denying the boy's hotness I think he might stick better to French films. I don't want to spoil too much for those who haven't seen it and may still want to but if people want to talk I'm open to comments.

I went to see The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 today with Maya. As usual for us we ended up having another of those serious life conversations you can only really have with someone who knows you that well and for that long. As usual I came away thinking more about my life. I love her :D

Oh, and the short hair is making me happy. I also love Blue Dog (the new ipod! yea!). Stupid as this sounds, the name helped with the love. And the movie/song triva games on it. Oh! And the clock. The clock is awesome 'cause now I don't look track of time when I'm jogging.

This post ended up being a lot longer than I thought it would be. Go figure.

oh shit! We walked in right as the movie started. But I'm going see a movie again today (not sure which one though) and I hope that it has one of them. Sisterhood is not something I plan on seeing again at the theater. It was good but it was really long.

Trailers.....

It was long.
It is understanding that it was long when they crammed three books into one movie. I still think they did a great job with it.
But yea, totally Harry Potter and Twilight trailers were shown. :)

I didn't know it was three books. I like long movies, but there are some you only need to see once. I mean, I can only cry so much in two hours, ya know?

I want to see those trailers on the big screen at some point. I seem to always miss them or they don't show them when I go. The world- it plots against me!

Yup, it was the second third and fourth book all added together.
Weirdly I didn't cry. I think it was because I knew all of what was going on, and I cried my eyes out during the last book. I did get teary-eyed though.

Yea, the world is currently plotting against me too. The boy must move to your state on Sunday.

I haven't read them, I have too much on my plate and I shouldn't have even started the Howl's Moving Castle series but I did. I'm almost done with the second book and hopefully I'll finish the third one by this weekend.

Yeah, school starts this Monday and the Monday after depending on where you go. You'll have your head stuck in books to so hopefully that'll make it easier for you.

Okay... I know vegans don't eat stuff made from animals... but how's chocolate a no-no? Also, what can you eat? Is it just organic stuff?

Most chocolate is made with milk. They do sell vegan chocolate but I just haven't bought any because I'm lame like that.

I can have any veggies and grains, doesn't have to be organic but it is nice when I can afford it. I take a vitamin B supliment to make up for what I don't get and I'm really healthy. I eat a lot of different veggies and I don't kill them with tons of heat when I cook them so I get a lot of the nutrients from them. It's hard, and the past week has been hell 'cause I've been working so much (I've had a few muffins 'cause they're grab & go and that works with all the doubles I've been pulling at work).

It's not easy and being a vegetarian is WAY less complicated but I've found the things that I used to love when I was just a vegetarian I don't even crave anymore. Over medium eggs, milk and cookies, ice cream, goat cheese and such used to be my biggest loves. The only weakness I seem to have is, well, muffins from the coffee house around the corner from my job. They're made w/ eggs and are a pitfall from Satan himself, I am sure.
