Great thing about taking massage therapy classes? That when my tibialis anterior muscle on my left leg is tight due to running not only do I know what it is but I know how to relieve it. In short, shin splints. Solution: Soak in hot tub whilst effleuraging and petrissaging lateral side of tibialis anterior then begin thumb stripping along tibia bone once muscle has relaxed.

I should have done this every night since I started running but my dumb ass procrastinated and look where it got me. *see title of entry*
